When you choose INGENIO USB PD Chargers, your decision is backed by confidence. Our Lifetime Warranty ensures peace of mind, guaranteeing that your
charger is protected for as long as you own it.

The Lifetime Warranty also applies to the USB PD chargers integrated into INGENIO assemblies, such as the AeroReceptacles (15W, 30W, 45W & 60W), the Global & Challenger Cockpit Tablet EFB Mount STC USB PD Chargers (30W, 45W & 60W), and powered Bezel Assemblies (30W, 45W
& 60W). All other components besides the USB PD chargers fall under our standard two-year warranty. Trust in INGENIO for durable, reliable,

Terms & Conditions - Lifetime Warranty

● The Lifetime Warranty applies only to products marked with our distinctive Lifetime Warranty logo, as portrayed in the INGENIO Aerospace Product Catalogue.
● INGENIO’s Lifetime Warranty was initiated in 2025, without any retroactivity applicability.
● The Lifetime Warranty can only apply in case of a fully completed ‘Lifetime Warranty Registration Form’ and all requested documentation is supplied to the INGENIO Aerospace Warranty Administration.
● The Lifetime Warranty is non-transferable and is tied to the original end-customer who purchased the applicable product or received it as part of a project where the item was supplied by a 3rd party and had not previously been used or installed elsewhere.
● The Lifetime Warranty does not apply when the product owner transfers the product from aircraft to aircraft within its ownership.
● INGENIO’s Lifetime Warranty ends on transferring ownership of the product - when the aircraft which includes the installed units is sold.
● The Lifetime Warranty also applies to the USB PD chargers integrated into INGENIO assemblies, such as the AeroReceptacles (15W, 30W, 45W & 60W), the Global & Challenger Cockpit Tablet EFB Mount STCs (30W, 45W & 60W), and powered Bezel Assemblies (30W, 45W & 60W). All other components besides the USB chargers fall under our standard two-year warranty protocol.
